Refund Eligibility

1. Subscription Plans (Monthly & Annual)

For subscription services, to qualify for a refund, you must meet ALL of the following conditions:

  • Request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase
  • Have used 20% or fewer of the credits issued for your current billing month (credits are issued monthly and reset each month for both monthly and annual plans)
  • Submit your refund request through our official support channels

2. One-Time Credit Packs

For one-time credit pack purchases, to qualify for a refund, you must meet ALL of the following conditions:

  • Request a refund within 48 hours of purchase
  • Have used none of the purchased credits
  • Submit your refund request through our official support channels

Once any credits from a one-time pack have been used, the pack becomes non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are explicitly non-refundable:

  • One-time credit packs where any credits have been used
  • One-time credit packs requested beyond the 48-hour window
  • Subscription time that has already passed
  • Processing fees and transaction charges
  • Subscriptions beyond the 7-day refund window
  • Subscriptions where more than 20% of the current month's issued credits have been used
  • Unused months on annual subscriptions, once the 7-day refund window has expired (no pro-rata refunds — see Special Circumstances)

Refund Process

1. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@imagetoanimation.com with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Order or transaction ID
  • Reason for requesting a refund
  • Any supporting documentation (screenshots, error messages, etc.)

2. Refund Review Process

Once you submit a refund request:

  • Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be returned to your original payment method

3. Processing Fees

Please note that your refund amount will be subject to a 5% processing fee. This fee covers transaction costs charged by our payment processor for handling the payment and refund.

Special Circumstances

1. Emergency Situations

In case of emergency situations such as natural disasters, health emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances, we may offer special refund considerations. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.

2. Legal Requirements

In jurisdictions where local laws provide additional consumer protection or mandatory refund rights, those laws will take precedence over this policy. We comply with all applicable consumer protection laws.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Unless eligible under this refund policy, no refund will be provided for the remaining portion of the billing period.

4. Auto-Renewal Refunds

If your subscription auto-renews and you would like a refund for the renewal charge, you may request one within 7 days of the auto-renewal date, provided you have not used any of the credits issued for the new billing period. The 5% processing fee applies.

5. Annual Plan: Accidental Purchase

If you accidentally purchased an annual subscription when you intended to purchase a monthly one, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will convert your annual plan to a monthly plan: one month of subscription fee plus a 5% processing fee will be deducted from your annual payment, and the remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.

6. Annual Plan: No Pro-Rata Refunds After the Window

Annual subscriptions are offered at a discount in exchange for a one-year commitment. Once the 7-day refund window has expired, annual plans are not refundable on a pro-rata basis for unused months. You may cancel at any time to prevent the next year's renewal, but the current year's payment will not be refunded for unused time.

Dispute Resolution

1. Internal Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision, you may request a review by a senior team member. Please provide additional information or documentation that supports your case.

2. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Chargebacks may result in the suspension of your account and additional fees.

3. Refund Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or suspend accounts that demonstrate a pattern of refund abuse, including but not limited to:

  • Repeatedly subscribing and requesting refunds
  • Using the service extensively before requesting a refund
  • Providing false or misleading information in refund requests

Accounts found to be abusing our refund policy may be permanently banned from our services.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make significant changes, we will notify users via email or through our website. The updated policy will be effective immediately upon posting.
